Kasey was born and raised in New Castle County. Kasey has had family ties to Bethany Beach dating back to the 1940s, so she has spent all her summers making everlasting memories here at the Delaware Beaches. She relocated to Sussex County permanently during her early high school years and graduated with a 4-year degree in Communications and Political Science from Coastal Carolina University. She began her career as a mortgage loan officer and quickly realized she enjoyed being on the other side of the home buying process and become a Realtor in 2018.

Previous to joining RE/MAX Coastal, Alison worked for Long & Foster Vacation Rentals in
Guest Services and Owner Management in Ocean City, MD. Before moving to Delaware, she
held a position with the Selling Loudoun Real Estate Team with Long & Foster as their Office
Manager in Leesburg, VA. She held the position of Membership Manager for the Dulles Area
Association of Realtors® in Ashburn, VA for many years. Alison owned a home staging
business for over 5 years in Fairfax, VA and had a long career with the National Automobile
Dealers Association in McLean, VA.

Alison earned her Virginia Real Estate license and holds the designation of Accredited Staging
Professional. She loves all aspects of the real estate industry and everything about the beach.
She considers herself extremely lucky to be able to combine her favorite interests here in
Bethany Beach.

Alison moved from Northern Virginia in 2017 and enjoys being a full-time “local.” She resides in
Ocean View, DE along with her husband, Gary. She is the proud mother of two daughters, a
stepson, two stepdaughters, three sons in law and five wonderful grandchildren.
